The work

Teach. Publish. Gather.

For nearly twenty years Huguenot Heritage has done one thing faithfully: put solid biblical education into the hands of French-speaking pastors, in their own language, for free. The next decade builds on that foundation.

Teach

Since its first years Huguenot Heritage has partnered with Third Millennium Ministries to translate their seminary courses into French and produce them as video, audio and manuscript. Each course costs about $60,000 to take from English manuscript to finished French video. When the last four are done, French speakers will have a complete Master’s-level curriculum — free.

Publish

The Heritage Huguenot app puts every course, ebook and audiobook in one place, built for pastors who download at a hotspot and watch offline. Alongside the courses: books by Reformed theologians who deserve a wider French readership, practical teaching for Christian families, and the Psalms sung in French.

Gather

Pastors’ conferences in France, partnerships with church plants in Quebec and Provence, and friendships with French-speaking leaders across Europe and Africa who are hungry for a new Reformation.

A denomination returns to orthodoxy

The Presbyterian Church of Cameroon — a denomination of millions — chose Huguenot Heritage courses to retrain its leaders after years of liberalism. Several Bible schools are already running on them, with more than two hundred students. Our French partner Daniel Oddon carries the courses in on thumb drives, pocket audio players and solar projectors.

France and Quebec: pastors in training

A thousand registered students reach our courses through the French podcast Par la foi. In Paris, a new pastoral training program opened in September 2026 with Huguenot Heritage videos as its backbone. In Quebec, the church Francis planted nearly forty years ago is still bearing fruit.

A complete seminary, free, in French

Twenty-plus courses delivered; about twenty-five at completion — the credit hours of a Master’s degree, open to anyone with a phone. Next: publishing neglected Reformed voices like Jean-Marc Berthoud, pictured with Francis in Lausanne, for the same readers.

These stories are added as new reports come in from the field.

The next decade

For twenty years, a translation ministry. Now, a publishing ministry.

The monks preserved the Scriptures for centuries; it was Gutenberg’s press that let the Reformation spread like wildfire. Huguenot Heritage stands at the same kind of turning point: the foundation of translated teaching is nearly complete, and the task now is to publish, distribute and gather.

Now

Publish

Jean-Marc Berthoud and other neglected Reformed voices, audiobooks, a modernized Genevan Psalter, practical teaching for Christian families, and a documentary on the Waldensian Huguenots.

Ahead

Gather

Pastors’ conferences in France, church-planting partnerships, and a place for weary pastors and scholars to read, write and rest — a gathering point for a new Reformation in the French-speaking world.
