These terms cover huguenotheritage.com and its online tools. The site is run by Huguenot Heritage Inc, a 501(c)(3) public charity in Moscow, Idaho.

Gifts. Gifts are voluntary and, once received, are used by Huguenot Heritage Inc for its charitable purposes. We honor designations. If a designated project is fully funded, or cannot go ahead, the gift supports the general work of the ministry. Receipts for your gifts are at Manage your giving. If a gift was made in error, write to donations@huguenotheritage.com.

Staff tools. The administration pages of this site are for Huguenot Heritage staff and volunteers. They connect to services the ministry uses — Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks Online and our email provider — only to record and receipt gifts and keep the ministry’s books. Information from those services is used for that purpose alone and is not sold or shared. Access can be withdrawn at any time by disconnecting the service.
